At this training you will:
- Learn more about the NVC approach to inner and external conflict
- Remain centred when in conflict with others and know how to break deadlocks
- Have plenty of practice in using the process with your own conflict situations
- Explore the Inner Conflict “dance” floor (a spatial map)
- Experiment with stage two of the 13 Steps “dance” floor to support yourself in conflict with others
- Practise staying connected to yourself during conflict, and when you or others feel hurt, sad or scared
- Understand and use connection requests
- Increase your awareness of systemic impacts
- Begin exploring needs mediation
- Renew and improve the skills learnt in the Foundation Training
- Develop your colloquial NVC
Preparation: Completion of 2 day NVC Foundation Training
Our venue
Is a purpose-built training room in Headington, Oxford, easily reached by bike or bus from Thornhill Park & Ride. There is ample free parking for those driving, and a wide range of local accommodation. We enjoy a wood-burning stove in Winter and access to a patio garden in warmer weather.
Training fees are tiered from £240, with a modest Bursary Fund serving those who may be prevented from attending by cost.
