In this session, you will practice self empathy for different parts of yourself in an INNER CONFLICT.
AUDIENCE: intermediate
In this session, you will practice self empathy for different parts of yourself in an INNER CONFLICT. Examples of inner conflict are:
Being in emotional turmoil about increasing number of things
Having difficulty deciding or feeling overwhelmed
Beating yourself up for something you have done
Beating yourself up for not changing a habit
Being deeply worried about things and unable to let go
Being torn between two options and deeply anxious about making the ‘wrong choice'
Feeling hopeless, paralysed and stuck
Let’s acknowledge with care: It’s absolutely exhausting and drains your life energy.
We will dialogue compassionately with each part of your experience, in order to bring them to the surface. After a demo, we will work in groups of 2.
Please note: This session is for people Post Foundation training only. Please do not sign up if you haven't done a foundation training.
