Integrating IFS and NVC in Group Interactions

Webinar Cover Image

Join us for an interactive workshop where the powerful frameworks of Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Nonviolent Communication (NVC) converge. Discover new ways to enhance self-awareness and foster more meaningful, empathetic relationships with your parts and with people you care about. We’ll be looking at unleashing the synergy of two powerful practices that support growth and healing.

  • Exploring Core Concepts: Dive into the fundamental principles of IFS and NVC, learning how to identify various parts of your psyche and empathize with their positive intentions.
  • Befriending Inner Critics: Recognize 8 types of inner critics and discover what motivates them, such as keeping you safe or protecting you from shame.
  • Interactive Learning: Recognize how your internal dialogue influences your external relationships. Unpack your emotional triggers, deepen self-compassion, and align your intentions with your impact.
  • Immediate Application: As you weave IFS and NVC together and empathize with the parts of your psyche, you can transform your internal world and create more harmonious relationships.
