Compassionate Connection, Compassionate Action

Join us for a journey of empowerment and connection through learning and practicing the core skills of Nonviolent Communication™. Make the different you want with those who matter in your life.

Seven Sessions - 6:30 to 8:45 pm ET - Wed. Feb. 5, 12, 19, 26, Mar. 5, 12, 19

We all want to matter. Our ability to be present to ourselves and others with empathy and clarity can make the difference between a breakdown and a breakthrough.  Once there is connection and understanding, so much more is possible.

Learn practical tools you can use everyday to:
- Realize the power you have for making a positive difference.
- Transform strong emotions and judgmental thinking which get in the way of acting from the heart.
- Strengthen or repair relationships.
- Get to the heart of what is really the matter behind criticisms, resistance, and judgments.
- Use empathy to go from disconnection and stuckness to finding ways to get what you really need.

Get the learning and practice you require for applying Nonviolent Communication™ in everyday life. With an emphasis on active learning, you will be challenged, moved and receive support. Participants will meet in pairs in- between sessions for practice and reflection.

Everyone welcome - no prerequisite

Tuition: $395

We want everyone to have access. If cost is a barrier, there is flexibility. Contact Henry before the start to discuss how we can include you.
