NVC Foundation Two - Empathic Listening for Connection
AUDIENCE: beginner
We all want to matter. Our ability to be present to ourselves and others with empathy and clarity can make the difference between a breakdown and a breakthrough. Once there is connection and understanding, so much more is possible.
Nonviolent Communication™ excels in providing practical ways to:
- Strengthen or repair relationships.
- Get to the heart of what is really the matter behind criticisms, resistance, and judgments.
The training is 20% presentation and 80% activities for learning and practice. We’ll use role-play and real-play (practicing with your situations) to develop your ability to listen for transformation.
Join us to learn the concepts and skills for empathic listening.
