Strengthen Your Empathy – Shona Cameron

This session will explore a common pitfall of empathy – that it’s too sweet!
Participants will be invited to explore how to increase the ‘energy’ of their empathy guesses so that Nonviolent Communication lands with power and it is hoped, will land more with men.
All welcome whatever level of experience. Be prepared to practice in breakout rooms.

Recording:
Most of the workshops during “Time for Empathy” are not recorded, so the only possibility to participate is to join the session. The sessions that will be recorded, we will make available to others if the quality is satisfying. We may also use parts of the recording for marketing and publicity across various media. If you do not wish to be recorded, switch off your camera and microphone for the whole duration of the session.

About the trainer:
Shona Cameron has been a Certified trainer for the Center for Nonviolent Communication since 2006 and an Assessor with ESEAT since 2016. She first trained with Marshall Rosenberg after only reading half of his book on an IIT in Switzerland in February 2004. Shona is happiest sharing Nonviolent Communication and testing its universality.
