Bridget Belgrave
Bridget Belgrave has been teaching Nonviolent Communication (NVC) since 1996. Her way of working is influenced by her engagement in philosophy, Cecil Collin’s approach to life drawing, the Alexander Technique, Energy Healing, Psychosynthesis, Effective Intelligence, Nonviolent Communication, and Internal Family Systems (IFS). She was involved in introducing NVC in the U.K. and India in the 1990s and 2000s, and leads workshops in Europe, North America, Asia, and online.
Bridget co-created the NVC Dance Floors with Gina Lawrie, and also innovated other ways to learn and share NVC. She has a deep love of prayer, meditation, and embodied practices. She also paints and writes. Her short novel, Zak, is much loved by children and adults.
