Clare Palmer
I first discovered Nonviolent Communication in 2000 and it has become an integral part of my life and my work. I am constantly inspired by the deep personal change that this process can spark, and how this also fosters a commitment to social change. I have a long background in working with and for vulnerable people and those suffering oppression.
In particular, I enjoy bringing people together for multi-day retreats and gatherings so that we can experience 'living NVC' - a fuller immersion into this way of being. I also love supporting people in simple mediation processes to heal or strengthen relationships whether personal or professional.
In recent years, I have been bringing my skills and insights around being present with grief, illness, death and dying, drawing my learning from my own experiences. I believe this work has value for all of us whatever our life situation. I live in Colchester, Essex and can travel usually within East Anglia, or further on request.
