David Kremer
I just love to inspire individuals and couples towards growth and I really enjoy facilitating learning and cooperation in teams and organizations. I've been contributing as a:
- Trainer, facilitator, and supervisor for companies and Non-profit organizations since 2004, following my educational science diploma (a German equivalent to a master's degree)
- Couples therapist and mediator since 2014, applying my NVC trainings
- Personal coach specializing in men since 2020, integrating NVC with other helpful approaches
- Tantra workshop facilitator since 2022, combining heart connection and physical touch.
In my experience, there is no better approach to creating and sustaining a connection with oneself and others than NVC. So even when applying other developmental tools (such as experiential education, solution-focused brief therapy, the Work of Byron Katie, IFS, etc.) I keep relying on clear observations, welcoming any feelings, recognizing all the needs involved, and finding strategies that make life more wonderful for everybody. NVC is a way of life.
I am a father of 3 teenagers. Going through separation from their mother in 2012 originally started my interest in NVC - what a learning opportunity. Since then we've been sharing care in weekly shifts. Raising my kids as a single parent has been challenging and continues to be deeply fulfilling. Since a few years I have now been enjoying living and contributing together with my partner Nicole. Life is good.
I love to inspire & facilitate. When are we going to meet?
“If you or your team are not fully enjoying life and contributing, I am here to help. Let's make life wonderful.”
