I’m a passionate trainer and coach specializing in Nonviolent communication (NVC) and neuroscience-based coaching, and I have a background in economics, political science, languages, and psychology. I have been integrating NVC into my life since 2001: I work in one of the European Union institutions as an internal coach, trainer, and facilitator for participatory processes (Art of Hosting).

My vision is a world where people are aware of their own needs and of those living beings around them and act upon them in a coherent way. My driver is contributing to peace and mutual understanding. As a coach, I integrate approaches that help me become aware of auto-sabotage and blockages in view of unleashing the full potential of my clients with the help of the concept of the wisdom of the body, beauty of needs, and inner-parts work.
