""Our survival as a species depends on our ability to recognize that our well-being and the well-being of others are in fact one and the same." - Marshall Rosenberg -"

I've always been curious about the world I live in, about different cultures and lifestyles, and I've always believed in the immense potential of human beings.

During my higher education, I was lucky enough to be able to question the economic and social models that are the norm today. I learned that it was possible to think of a fairer and more sustainable world. For 5 years, I taught at the university level, helping to bring about new models that meet the collective challenges of our century: sustainability of life, justice, and freedom.

I believe that the world needs guardians who possess clarity and strength. Not the strength that imposes, but the strength that grows within us when we are in integrity with our deepest values and decide to protect life. In NVC, I've discovered a powerful and accessible way to live this coherence in humility, vulnerability, and shared power. By connecting with what's most important to us, our deepest aspirations, and our needs, we can then act consciously, without animosity, without violence, but with a stable, deeply-rooted strength.

Today, I use my experience to pass on NVC in training courses for the general public and for change agents. My approach is based on this great hope in humanity that has never left me, with the values of Peace, Courage, Heart and Conscious Leadership at its heart.

Trainer's primary language

“"One of the greatest problems of history is that the concepts of love and power are usually contrasted as polar opposites. Love is identified with a resignation of power and power with a denial of love. What is needed is a realization that power without love is reckless and abusive and that love without power is sentimental and anemic. Power at its best is love implementing the demands of justice. Justice at its best is love correcting everything that stands against love." - Martin Luther King Jr.-”
