I have been giving NVC based training for individuals and organizations since 2020. My goals are to assist teams increase their co-operation skills at work, help increase equality and connection between children and adults, and to support individuals towards empowerment and taking responsibility of their own well-being.

Trainings and individual meetings have been described as inspiring and understandable and as having a warm and supportive atmosphere. Participants have expressed having felt deeply heard and seen.
