In my work with people, I am interested in the development of interpersonal skills. Since 2008, I have been conducting trainings and courses to support the development of individuals, groups, and organizations inspired by Nonviolent Communication. I specialize in training trainer programs, facilitating team meetings, and supporting individuals and teams in conflict resolution. I also offer supervision for trainers.

It is important to me to promote communication based on empathy and respect and creating a space where people at home, workplaces and especially communities with limited access to resources can talk about difficult things in a way that brings them together, not away.
