I was so excited to discover Marshall B. Rosenberg's approach which, from the first moment, spoke to a deep truth and wisdom in my heart. I started my NVC journey in approximately 2004, and it's been an incredible journey ever since! I've been privileged to do a lot of theoretical and practical learning, unconditional research, and experimentation. In my professional life, I've been able to use NVC not only in my personal life but also in my work as a coach, supervisor, and parent educator.

I was so inspired by the profound insights and personal experiences made possible by NVC that I felt a longing to be whole myself and to touch other people and enrich their lives with the precious uniqueness of my being. It was so deeply mine and I knew I had to do it. So I started teaching NVC courses, workshops, and seminars in 2015 and I've loved every minute of it!

I love getting in touch with important questions about life and the precious essence of our "human condition" in a group of like-minded people. It makes me so happy to create spaces where the miracle of life can fully unfold in the intimate encounter of two people and where real healing and peace can happen.
