Jackson Lima
Jackson Lima is an Afro-Brazilian diplomat with a keen focus on conflict transformation, encompassing negotiation, mediation, facilitation, and reconciliation. His academic and professional pursuits are dedicated to these areas.
He is particularly interested in working with BIPOC communities in Brazil, emphasizing Nonviolent Communication (NVC) mediation in schools and favelas (shantytowns). Furthermore, Jackson aims to integrate NVC principles into the diplomatic community to influence the training of diplomats in his country.
Since 2019, when he attended an International Intensive Training (IIT) in Spain, Jackson has been deeply engaged in studying NVC. Additionally, he is passionate about incorporating the principles of Buddhist mind training into his work.
