In 2006, I attended a personal growth workshop for the first time, and since then, exploring Life within me and personal and spiritual development has become my passion, guiding principles, and constants in my life. Nonviolent Communication supports me in maintaining contact with what is genuine and authentic within me, showing me how to express and live it. Consequently, I experience more connection and freedom in relationships.

For over twenty years, my employment has involved working with teenagers, ten of those years as an educator in a boarding school. As a Certified Trainer, I aim to support young people and adults in discovering their potentials and desires and realizing them in everyday life.
