I discovered Nonviolent Communication by chance in July 2009. It was like a spotlight on a way of being and living that I had aspired to since I was little without knowing how to name it. My intuition was good: there was another possible path than those I had been experimenting with for so many years: the violent expression and repression of my emotions and my needs. Authenticity and vulnerability became possible and even sources of deep connections with others.
Since then, I have continued to train myself and above all to try, again and again, to integrate NVC into my daily life. Also trained in different personal development and parenting support practices, I am delighted to be able to transmit CNV to the general public, in business and to parents.
Member of the CNV Coop, Datadocked Nonviolent Communication Training Organization, Qualiopi certified. My training is eligible for Continuing Professional Training.

J’ai découvert la CNV par hasard en juillet 2009. Cela a été comme un coup de projecteur sur une manière d’être et de vivre à laquelle j’aspirais depuis toute petite sans savoir la nommer. Mon intuition était bonne : il y avait une autre voie possible que celles que j’expérimentais depuis tant d’années : l’expression violente et la répression de mes émotions et de mes besoins. L’authenticité et la vulnérabilité devenaient possibles et même sources de connexions profondes avec les autres.
Depuis, je n’ai cessé de me former et surtout d’essayer, encore et toujours, d’intégrer la CNV dans ma vie quotidienne. Formée également à différentes pratiques de développement personnel et de soutien à la parentalité, je me réjouis de pouvoir transmettre la CNV au grand public, en entreprise et auprès de parents.
Membre de la Coop CNV, Organisme de Formation en Communication NonViolente datadocké, certifié Qualiopi, mes formations sont éligibles à la Formation Professionnelle Continue.
