Mira Bangel
My mission is to foster a culture of collaboration and mutual learning that enhances the well-being and output of individuals and teams. Over the past 17 years, I have done this as an Organizational Development and Leadership Consultant and International Process Facilitator.
I work with various methodologies and practices, such as Nonviolent Communication, the Art of Hosting (participatory leadership), Sociocracy, SCRUM, Agile, Joanna Macy's Work That Reconnects, Design Thinking, Flow Games, Theory U, MBTI, and Liberating Structures.
I enjoy supporting leaders and teams in making a difference in their organizations through capacity building, participatory processes, organizational development, and knowledge sharing. I also facilitate international stakeholder dialogues, help build communities of practice, and facilitate decision-making processes for various sectors, networks, and organizations.
Recently, I completed a 3-year assignment as a Consultant at the Centre for Organisational Transformation with the Joint Research Centre (JRC) at the European Commission, where I contributed to the development and delivery of training, tools, and strategies on collaboration and organizational development.
“My mission is to help individuals and organizations discover and develop their own nature of collaboration.”
