I grew up with books on personal improvement, I have been and am a spiritual seeker. I believe that a better world “is possible.” I would like to continue sowing, with the goal of being able to see the humanity that lives in each person, and see our essential nature. As a child I admired and followed figures of spiritual teachers such as Gandhi, Teresa of Calcutta, and Martin Luther King, Jr. 

Currently I give NVC training throughout the Canary Islands, reaching the Government and the Island Council, companies, and Educational Centers... applying all the training that I have been doing until now and integrating them into the NVC, which I call "Communication with the soul."

Currently, I am President of the Canary Islands Association of Nonviolent Communication, created in 2014. I am a graduate in Economics and Business Sciences, specializing in Human Resources. I learned about Nonviolent Communication in 2012 and after an intense weekend of training in Madrid, I promised myself that I would do everything possible to bring the NVC to the Islands. Today it is a reality and I feel very happy about its expansion, since it has been spreading throughout the Islands.
