Ricarda Beilharz has been a trainer in nonviolent communication since 2012. Since 2018 she has been a certified trainer of the CNVC (Center for Nonviolent Communication Info )

Nonviolent Communication and me
In 2005 I came into contact with NVC.
I immediately felt the desire to help give as many people as possible the chance to get to know this method and way of life. This started my process of delving deeper and deeper into NVC and integrating the approach into my life.
Since 2012, I have been offering seminars, lectures and training courses.
My aim is to accompany people so that they discover more and more of what is alive within them. If we are connected to this, it is more likely that we can contribute to our own well-being and that of all of us.
I also support the work of institutions. Working in schools is particularly important to me.
My original profession was and is that of a director and a stage and costume designer in the theater. As part of this work, I worked for five years as a drama director at the Theater Basel. I also teach regularly at colleges and universities - humanities as well as applied theater professions. I helped to set up a degree program at the Basel School of Design, among other things. This gives me a wide range of insights into processes and potential for conflict that can occur in a wide variety of institutions.
In my seminars, I teach more than just a quick technique. I offer theoretical and practical knowledge and guide you through your own concerns with seriousness, humor, flexibility and empathy.
NVC is like rediscovering a (foreign) language that is hidden and buried in all of us. Together, we dig into the depths to uncover the treasures contained within.

Die Gewaltfreie Kommunikation und ich
2005 kam ich mit der GFK in Kontakt.
In mir wuchs sofort der Wunsch, dass ich dazu beitragen möchte, möglichst vielen Menschen die Chance zu geben, diese Methode und Lebenshaltung kennen zu lernen. Damit startete mein Prozess immer tiefer in die GFK einzudringen und die Haltung in mein Leben zu integrieren.
Seit 2012 biete ich kontinuierlich Seminare, Vorträge und Trainings an.
Mein Anliegen ist es, Menschen so zu begleiten, dass sie immer mehr von dem entdecken, was in ihnen lebendig ist. Wenn wir damit verbunden sind, ist es wahrscheinlicher, dass wir zu unserem eigenen und unserer aller Wohlergehen beitragen können.
Ebenso begleite ich Arbeiten von Institutionen. Die Arbeit an Schulen ist mir ein besonders großes Anliegen.
Mein Ursprungsberuf war und ist Regisseurin so wie auch Bühnen- und Kostümbildnerin am Theater. Im Rahmen dieser Arbeit habe ich u.a. 5 Jahre in der Schauspielleitung am Theater Basel gewirkt. Ausserdem unterrichte ich kontinuierlich an Hochschulen und Universitäten – Geisteswissenschaften, wie auch den angewandten Theaterberufen. Ich habe u.a. einen Studiengang an der Schule für Gestaltung Basel mit aufgebaut. Daher habe ich ein großes Spektrum an Einblicken in Vorgänge und Konfliktpotenzial, die in unterschiedlichsten Institutionen vorkommen können.
In meinen Seminaren vermittle ich mehr als eine schnelle Technik. Ich biete theoretische und praktische Kenntnisse und führe beharrlich mit Ernsthaftigkeit, Humor, Flexibilität und Einfühlungsvermögen durch eigene Anliegen.
GFK ist wie das Wiederentdeckung einer in uns allen versteckten und verschütteten (Fremd-) Sprache. Gemeinsam schürfen wir in den Tiefen, um die darin enthaltenen Schätze zu heben.
