Parenting with Trust and Connection
A foundational course integrating NVC concepts and nervous system awareness in a supportive community
AUDIENCE: beginner
Imagine your parenting journey including:
· Joyful, life-long connection with your children
· Calm, confidence, and curiosity around conflict.
· Understanding of the nervous system and how it influences parenting.
· Addressing boundaries and pro-social behavior through an NVC needs-based lens.
Join us for a 14-week workshop style course that explores foundational NVC concepts and nervous system awareness to support power-with parenting.
Together, we raise our collective awareness of our habitual responses, expectations and patterns with children to support us in showing up with our language and actions flowing from a deep and intentional connection with our needs.
This course supports parents, guardians, grandparents and those working with children, including teachers and childcare providers.
After completing this Foundational Course, there is an active community in our Continuation Program awaiting to support you in exploring new monthly topics along with opportunities for empathy, role-play, guided journals and question and answer sessions each month.
Parenting with Trust and Connection is led by CNVC Certified Trainer, Mary May, and JAI-certified parenting coach, Holly Storm. Guided reflections, inquiry, journals, role play and direct instruction support learning, practice and integration in our courses.
