Content of the course

Nonviolent Communication, mindfulness, neuroscience and positive psychology with a good dose of executive coaching and mentoring from me.

See below for Topics.

Structure of the course

  • One short 10 min video (more or less) a month, where I will share a concept for you to think about
  • One 75-90 min live video call monthly
We will expand on the monthly topic, discuss, practice, take questions, etc.
I will offer you ideas for practice and reflection for you to engage with throughout the month on the monthly topic
  • An email 2 weeks after the live call with further reflections and pointers to keep the material alive and some bonus material
  • Opportunity to join other purpose-driven leaders for practice such as empathic listening at the Sandbox
  • Access to previous materials and recordings

Time commitment throughout the year

Count on the live call plus 2 hours of work a month, and as much practice as you want to.

If you have studied with me you know that I will help you practice in small ways and go for changing microhabits that add up to bigger changes over time.

Who L.E.A.P. is for

Leaders, microleaders, people who want to become leaders and have felt the calling to lead themselves and others from integrity, peace and love.

Leaders who want to transform themselves so that they can bring about the change they envision.

If you have taken my 12 week Empathic Leader course, you will take L.E.A.P. quite deep and expand your skillset, review and fill in holes.

This course is designed for you to go at your own pace and it can accommodate a range of levels, but it is not a foundations course in Nonviolent Communication. NVC is an integral part of the toolkit to help us acquire the competencies, but this is not an NVC course per se. Do write me for clarification if you have questions, or come to the taster sessions.

Cost of the course

I wanted to make this really accessible. The cost is one time payment of £235 (about $298.50 or €275).

Part of the vision is to build a community of like-minded people around the world creating similar kinds of change.

This is the main reason it took me so long to design and find the formula. I wanted something really accessible while transformative.

ABOUT ME (Nati)

I am passionate about helping leaders learn to have a gentler touch with people and with themselves, and to enhance the impact of their work of making positive changes in the world. I have personally experienced how my ability to hold myself and others with empathy is the difference between succumbing to aggressive ways of doing business or transforming tense situations into shared understanding and effective collaboration that leads to better outcomes. I feel fortunate to work with purpose-driven leaders that work hard daily to make as much impact as possible on the environmental and social fronts, which benefits everybody. I love sharing NVC  as a certified trainer and helping people integrate it into their everyday lives and work so that they can walk the path of compassion and positive change they envision for themselves.

I hold a Masters in Neuroscience, a Masters in Montessori Leadership and Education, and a Batchelor’s in Physics. In my neuroscience research, I am currently investigating the role of emotions in how the brain processes language and regulates emotional states. I have been a Montessori teacher and love person-centred approaches to learning and inspiring others. I believe that, together, we can create sustainable change through a path of integrity with our values and to create a world that is respectful to the needs of all life. Lastly, I have written a parenting Montessori-Neuroscience book, which will be published in the new year in Spanish.
