I discovered NVC in 2015, when I attended several training sessions. Since that same year, I am delving deeper into the concept of Nonviolence through the practice of Aikido.
I have been a committed researcher in the field of movement since my youth, I began from the perspective of contemporary dance, later moving through numerous approaches and methods. I have focused since 2018 on the comprehensive study of the mind-body through the practice of embodiment, martial arts, experiential anatomy, and somatic studies.
I am currently training as a Somatic and Movement Development Educator.
I have been practicing since 2014 offering training workshops and collaborating in the outreach campaigns of associations and educational projects.
I am part of the "Programa Anual de Convivencia y Formación de CNV" (Year-long-training) team in Barcelona (Spain), collaborating in the administration and promotion of the training.
Co-organizer of IIT Spain 2026.
