Most workshops during “Time for Empathy” are not recorded, so the only possibility of participating is to join the session. The sessions that will be recorded, we will make available to others if the quality is satisfying. We may also use parts of the recording for marketing and publicity across various media. Julia Shen helps individuals, groups, and organizations transform their relationships and team dynamics through Nonviolent Communication (NVC) and other integrative modalities. With a deep commitment to fostering authentic and compassionate connections, she supports people in navigating conflicts, strengthening collaboration, and creating environments where understanding and trust can thrive.
Her work is deeply rooted in both extensive training and her ongoing inner exploration. She believes that true transformation begins with self-awareness and the ability to recognize and care for our shared human needs. She helps individuals navigate conflicts, deepen self-awareness, and build more authentic relationships.
