Since 2013, I have focused on cultural transformation by bringing Nonviolent Communication to Ukrainian schools and businesses. Despite the fact that I was initially trained as organizational psychologist and consultant, full-scale war in Ukraine and my personal experience forced me to dive deep into trauma work.

I went thought a year-long professional training with Gabor Maté and now practice his "Compassionate Inquiry" – a therapeutic approach that is highly aligned with Nonviolent Communication. In addition, I carry out long-term programs for corporations, NGOs and schools in Ukraine and facilitate group work to foster social cohesion by developing trust, effective cooperation and responsible communication.
