Kyungah Lee
To me, Nonviolent Communication has been a powerful way to transform the space between me and myself, between individuals, and between groups into a safe and sacred one. As I became kind to myself and knew how to communicate safely with others, I enjoyed more and more of the full joy that came from life itself. The joy of presence healed wounds from the past and fears for the future.
Nonviolent Communication has given me the power to move toward social change through personal healing. Dialogue is the best way to break up the Power-over/under system because it makes us equal. I want to melt hatred and hostility and cure inequality and polarization while building a relational culture where everyone experiences connection. I want to contribute through Non-violent Communication so that humankind can dream and live on this beautiful planet for a longer time.
