I am a coach passionate about Nonviolent Communication (NVC), and my motto is 'Return to the inner self and live with positive energy.' My life's main focus is 'to help individuals and teams unleash their potential and live a better life.' I appreciate the beauty and goodness of NVC; for me personally, the beauty of NVC lies in its simplicity (though it is not easy to fully embody), and its goodness lies in its effectiveness in resolving many interpersonal issues and conflicts.

As a CNVC Certified Trainer, I enjoy living authentically with NVC and bringing NVC to those in need, including incorporating NVC into clients' leadership, teamwork, and change and transformation management development. Additionally, I manage the Taiwan Nonviolent Communication Facebook page and the community 'Making NVC Conflict Mediation a Personal Professional Skill,' and I occasionally accept invitations from different organizations to introduce NVC empathy and NVC conflict mediation in a customized way to various organizations and companies.

With over 20 years of experience in creativity and innovation, I am delighted to have found a wonderful blend between creativity and making requests (strategies). Additionally, as a LEGO SERIOUS PLAY certified facilitator, I have also integrated LEGO SERIOUS PLAY with NVC, providing clients with a profound and enjoyable experience of NVC. Combining different tools and methods to meet clients' NVC needs is something I enjoy exploring.
