Clear, empathetic and connected to the group: These are the core competencies of Iris Bawidamann. Iris brings orientation and movement in a structured and approachable way, even to deadlocked topics. Above all, she manages to open up spaces in which difficult and vulnerable topics can also be expressed and thus also worked on.

Iris has been supporting group dynamic processes for almost thirty years, and has been working as a communication trainer and process supporter in adult education in local and international organizations since 2002. The content focuses on systemic changer, Nonviolent Communication (NVC) and, since 2024, Trauma, with secondary topics of protection against violence, participation, and social cohesion.

It is important to her that each person can be who they are, while not losing sight of others.
