For those who have already followed an Introductory training at Equanimity or elsewhere, there is this Deepening Day. On this day we will practice with the self-compassion dance floor, different ways of listening and try out a challenging dialogue.

The trainings are given by Boris Nauta and from 6 participants Annette Lubbers will join. They are both CNVC certified trainers. So there is always intensive guidance.

All Equanimity trainings take place in the Center for Awareness De Vrijman (Jan Vrijmanstraat 339) in Amsterdam (IJburg). Because we want to make the trainings accessible to as many people as possible, we use different price levels.
