The Needs Alive in Your Felt Sense Time Travel – Sarah Peyton

Many forms of trauma healing reach into specific moments in the past, but one of the aftereffects of trauma can be a lack of specific memories, and we can just be left with a felt sense of shame, of being somehow wrong, or always sad, or most often angry. Is it possible to use NVC empathy to reach into our felt sense of self and bring warmth and healing? The answer is Yes!

Join noted neuroscience author and CNVC certified trainer Sarah Peyton for a short introduction and exploration of this way of bringing ourselves self-empathy.
