Speaking our truth can be scary when we are fearful of the way the person receiving it will take it in. So often that fear keeps us from speaking up which creates more distance and less connection.
And sometimes we wait until we are really frustrated, irritated and angry until we want to blow up. Our words often are received as violent.
Come experience a way to say what is in your heart to connect before you offer your correction or feedback.

Recording:
Most workshops during “Time for Empathy” are not recorded, so the only possibility of participating is to join the session. The sessions that will be recorded, we will make available to others if the quality is satisfying. We may also use parts of the recording for marketing and publicity across various media. If you do not wish to be recorded, switch off your camera and microphone for the whole duration of the session.

About the trainer:

Sylvia Haskvitz offers training worldwide – she most enjoys sparking peoples’ interest in embracing this language and consciousness as she sees the profound impact on clients’ health and well-being and those whom they touch. She now serves CNVC (Center for Nonviolent Communication) as an assessor/advocate to support the next generation of certified trainers.
She will be one of the trainers at the IIT in Sweden in August 2025.
