As president of the Alphabet of Parenting association, which implements structural and EU projects to support families, I organize conferences and events. To empower teachers, parents, and children in the education system, I advocate for the introduction of free education.

My calling is to connect people, and I believe that mastering communication skills is essential to prevent conflicts. Proudly building an NVC community through the Center for Nonviolent Communication Croatia, where I serve as vice president.

On site, I would like to give my energy to you as a participant and the Experience as simple and easy as possible.

My care and contribution serve your security and well-being. Please talk to me if I can do something for you (preferably in German and English).

NVC has a high presence in my private and professional life. I pass it on to exercise groups, our local network and in seminars, trainings and as a parent-child course.

Father is her biggest hero. Caring and lovely junior HR consultant. Behind her adorable smile there is a strong edge that makes her capable of making very tough decisions and grit to move it forward when things don’t go as planned.

Hey, welcome, I’m Sebastian,

Married, two adult kids and a cat.

Since 2018 my ever growing passion is to live and promote NVC wherever I am!

As a former airline pilot I am retired since 2016, and through NVC have gained a much deeper meaning and a real purpose in my life since then!

I do a lot of volunteer work, in a hospice, in a high school and with elderly people.

I am a certified Mediator on NVC basis, host practice groups in NVC-Mediation, Restorative Circles and NVC.

I give NVC workshops in schools, hospice and communities.

I answer the conflict-hotline of the federal association of German mediators.

I host an NVC practice group with inmates of a prison.

I am a board member of the ‚Network NVC Darmstadt-Südhessen e.V.‘ and co-founder of the ‚Network NVC Mainz-Wiesbaden‘.

I  feel a humble gratitude for this opportunity to contribute to the IIT in Sayda and look forward to this profound experience!
